This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") applies to customers of GalaxyVision's IP transit services, dedicated server hosting services, and co-located server hosting services only. It does not apply to customers of GalaxyVision's virtual hosting services or GalaxyVision's branded connectivity services (e.g., DSL). This SLA provides Customer with certain rights and remedies regarding the performance of the GalaxyVision's Network. The "GalaxyVisions Network" means the GalaxyVision's owned and operated Internet Protocol (IP) routing infrastructure through which GalaxyVision's provides Internet connectivity and IP routing and transit to its customers. This Service Level Agreement applies only to Network Outages (as defined herein) on the GalaxyVision's Network.
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all persons and entities (collectively, "customers") using the products and services of GalaxyVisions Communications, Inc., ("GalaxyVisions") including Internet service. The policy is designed to protect the security, integrity, reliability, and privacy of both the GalaxyVisions network and the products and services GalaxyVisions offers to its customers. GalaxyVisions reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, effective immediately upon posting of the modification. Your use of GalaxyVisions's products and services constitutes your acceptance of the Acceptable Use Policy in effect at the time of your use. You are solely responsible for any and all acts and omissions that occur during or relating to your use of the service, and you agree not to engage in any unacceptable use of the service.
Upon receipt of written notification provided in the manner required by 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will:
- Act expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity;
- Forward the written notification to the alleged infringer ("Customer");
- Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the Customer that we have removed or disabled access to the allegedly infringing material.
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or fill out a form.
Any data we request that is not required will be specified as voluntary or optional.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
